My husband and two of our children stayed at this hotel. We had a gymnastics competition in Utica, and needed to stay overnight. From the time we walked in the door, until the time we left, we felt very welcomed. We needed more towels and without hesitation the lady in the front made sure we had them within minutes! The breakfast was delicious! My kids LOVED the choices and how we could sit at tables together and eat. The beds were so comfortable and the blankets were nice and thick. You could tell this hotel takes pride in making sure their guests are happy. I loved the central air and being able to keep our room at the perfect temperature. Honestly this is the only hotel I ever want to book at!

What made it especially superb was the little details: the invitation to go ahead and park in one of the reserved spaces because we were the last guests to arrive that evening, the offer of extra towels because I was travelling with my family. Car parking was free and convenient. The room was spacious. The plentiful, oft replenished breakfast buffet was a full meal including omelettes, sausages, bacon, bagels, and various juices. Coffee was available all day at reception. For other meals, good options are nearby: try Tavola, just next door, and further into the centre of Utica there are more places for great Italian food.

The breakfast was great, many more choices than I expected for a "continental" breakfast: eggs/premade mini-omelettes, a pancake machine, hash browns. Room was very comfortable with a nice sized bathroom, plus an additional sink out in the main part of the room, which is helpful. Indoor pool was nice to have, kiddo enjoyed that. Lots of restaurant options for dinner right nearby on the main road.
